(a) Output Value of Construction Projects
is the value of projects c overed by the project budgets, including the value of various
buildings and stru ctures, the value of the installation projects of central heating,
public health , ventilation, lighting, gas, etc.,the building of the base of equipment,
pillar , operation desk, ladder, funnel, water tower, the building boiler room and inst
allation of metals construction, arrange construction site, level the land, temp orary
expenses of water, electrical, pave the way, cutting mine, well drilling c onstruction of
oil, gas, the building engineering of railways, highways, port an d bridges, water
engineering, output value of building decoration, air defense, underground.
(b) Output Value of Installation Projects is the value of the instal lation of
equipment, (excluding the value of the equipment to be installed), mai nly including
production, power, lifting, transportation, medical treatment, exp erimentation,
telecommunications, fibre optics, telephone, computer, electronic equipment, working desk,
ladder, banisters, insulation, heat preservation, pain t,etc.
(c) Output Value of Repair of Buildings and Structures is the value created through the
repairs of buildings or structures, but does not include th e value of buildings or
structures being repaired and the value of the repair of production equipment.
(d) Output Value of Manufactured Non-standard Equipment is the value of non-standard
production equipment (including raw materials and manufactur in g cost) made for the
construction project and the equipment manufactured by subs idiary workshops.
Output Value of Projects Under Construction refers to the gross outp ut value of
construction and installation projects that are undertaken by constr uction and
enterprises or affiliated constructing units, calculated in line with the planned
